		Maui - Kaanapali Kaanapali has three miles of uninterrupted white beach fronted by a planned resort community, six extraordinary hotels, forty tennis courts, and two championship golf courses. It set the standard for the visitor industry when it was conceived during the late '60s, and today is still unrivaled. Kaanapali Beach is the site of all manner of ocean activities, including parasail rides, boat rentals, windsurfing lessons, or bookings for cruises out of nearby Lahaina Harbor. The Whalers Village shopping complex has high-end boutiques and a free whaling museum, with the skeleton of a sperm whale and authentic whaling artifacts.
